Log onto Family Access

Access all student information with Skyward Family Access.

Family Access, from Skyward, is a web-based tool for families to access student information, including attendance, academic progress, schedules, lunch balances, and more! Students and guardians each have their own access. Your use of the Family Access system is voluntary.

Don't know your login information? Please contact your school office or email skywardtech@ntps.org with your full name and a description of the issue.
Is there a mobile app? iOS | Android Note: The app is for basic tasks and does not include all the features of the browser-based version.

Schedule Conferences

Watch this tutorial in a video

Step 1: Log In

If you need help with your login, contact your school office.

Step 2: Select Student

Top-bar selection area of Skyward Family Access where three students are listed.

If you have multiple students, select your student at the top (in the mobile app, student selection is available as a drop-down at the top).

Step 3: Select Tile

Select the tile labeled 'Parent-Teacher Conferences' or 'Family Connections' (Note: The tile name varies, but it will have a green stripe at the top that contains the scheduling window closure date).

Step 4: Select Teacher (if applicable)

List of teachers to select for conference scheduling.

Select the teacher you would like to meet with.

Step 5: Select Time Slot

Time slots available for the selected teacher.

Select an open time slot from the available list.

Step 6: Repeat if meeting with multiple teachers

List of all successfully scheduled conferences.

Repeat the teacher and time slot selection as needed to meet with multiple teachers (elementary students may only have one teacher option).

Step 7: Verify and complete

Red trash can icon next to scheduled conferences for your student.

Verify your scheduled appointment(s) and select 'Done Scheduling' or 'Print Schedule'.

A window will appear indicating your conferences have been scheduled. Repeat steps to schedule conferences for any additional students.

Do you need to edit your conference time or cancel?

Open the tile again and look under 'My Conference Schedule'. Click the red trash can icon next to the appointment time you would like to delete.

You can select a new time slot from the available list and repeat the process to reschedule for a different time.

View State Testing Results & Report Cards

View State Testing Results

We are currently working on making full, downloadable score summaries available in Skyward Family Access. Pre-2023 scores are available through the Test Results tile.

Step 1

Log into Skyward Family Access (if you need help with your school login, contact your school office)

Step 2

If you have multiple students, at the top, select your student (in the mobile app, student selection is a drop-down at the top).

Step 3

Click on the Test Results tile for test results and the Portfolio tile for report cards.

Visit our Assessment page and read the FAQ for more information on our testing and interpretation of results.

Open your existing Skyward mobile app (or download Skyward Mobile Access from your phone's app store).
Select Add Another Account on the app account dashboard
Search for Wsipc-North Thurston School District
Enter your existing Username and Password. The Account Description field can be completed with any word of your choice to identify the account (ex. “Family” or “NTPS”)
After successfully adding the new account, you can remove your old Family Access account by selecting Edit and then Delete on the app account dashboard.
If you experience errors while setting up the app, please delete the app and reinstall it. You may also need to restart your phone.

Please remember that not all features are available within the mobile app, and Skyward forms must be completed in a browser window.
