Change in After-School Transportation

Before school starts for the day

Send a written note with your student stating the new arrangements.

After the school starts for the day

Email the office before 1:30 pm on regular school days (12:30 pm on ACT Wednesdays and 10:30 am on half days). Email changes after that time cannot be honored, and your student will default to their regular form of transportation home.

Last-minute change

Call the office by 2:00 pm, and we will do our best to notify the teacher and student of the change.

Important notes

• Only a parent or legal guardian is allowed to change the mode of transportation for their student.
• All adults should have an ID ready to verify that they are authorized to pick up their student.
• Do not rely on communicating with the teacher for these changes. All changes must be made through the office.
